Sukhee Bae

Executive Managing Director

Sukhee Bae is the Executive Managing Director. Prior to joining Noh & Partners, he worked at Korea Development Bank (KDB), where he spent over 20 years focusing on Private Equity investments, M&A advisory and underwriting of acquisition financing.

Mr. Bae holds an M.A. in Business Administration from Seoul National University.

Yungyeong Bae

General Manager

Yungyeong Bae is a General Manager of the Management Division. Prior to joining Noh & Partners, she worked at AIP Asset Management and AIP Venture Partners.

Ms. Bae holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Chung-Ang University.

Jungsoo Han

Managing Director

Jungsoo Han is a Managing Director of the Investment Division with over 20 years of experience in the Investment Banking and Private Equity investments. Prior to joining Noh & Partners, he worked at Macquarie Capital as a Head of Corporate Finance Korea and KDB Private Equity where he was responsible for private equity investments and management of portfolio companies by undertaking various BOD roles.

Mr. Han holds an MSc in Energy and Natural Resources Engineering from Hanyang University.

Kyoungsik Kim

Managing Director

Kyoungsik Kim is a Managing Director of the Management Division. Prior to joining Noh & Partners, he worked at Samil PwC and KB investment.

Mr. Kim holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Sungkyunkwan University.

Mr. Kim is a Certified Public Accountant.

Kongjoo Kim

Managing Director

Kongjoo Kim is a Managing Director of the Management Division. Prior to joining Noh & Partners, she worked at EY Hanyoung and KB investment.

Ms. Kim holds a B.A. in Economics from Sungkyunkwan University.

Ms. Kim is a Certified Public Accountant.

Leo Sahoe Kim

Executive Managing Director

Leo Sahoe Kim is the Executive Managing Director of the Investment Division with over 18 years of experience in Investment Banking including Scale-up Investment, Project Finance and Corporate Finance. Prior to joining Noh & Partners, he worked at KDB(Korea Development Bank) for 22 years.

Mr. Kim holds a B.A. in Economics from Seoul National University and an MBA from Yonsei University. Mr. Kim is a CFA Charterholder.

Seokil Kim

General Manager

Seokil Kim is a General Manager of the Investment Division. Prior to joining Noh & Partners, he worked at EY Hanyoung. Mr. Kim holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Soongsil University.

Mr. Kim is a Certified Public Accountant.

Sungjin Kim is a Director of the Investment Division. Prior to joining Noh & Partners, he worked at Samil PwC and NH-Amundi Asset Management.

Byounghwa Kim is a General Manager of the Investment Division. Prior to joining Noh & Partners, he worked at Q Capital Partners and KPMG Korea. Mr. Kim holds a B.A. in Library and Information Science from Sungkyunkwan University.

Chanul Kim

Chanul Kim is a General Manager of the Investment Division. Prior to joining Noh & Partners, he worked at Bain & Company and Samsung Electronics (Memory Division).

Mr. Kim holds a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Columbia University.

Eungyung Kim is a Manager of the Management Division.

Geonyu Lee

General Manager

Geonyu Lee is a General Manager of the Investment Division. Prior to joining Noh & Partners, he worked at Samil PwC.Mr. Lee holds a B.A. in Political Science and Internaional Relations from Seoul National University.

Mr. Lee is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jaechan Lee

Manager

Jaechan Lee is a Manager of the Investment Division. Prior to joining Noh & Partners, he worked at V1 Private Equity. Mr. Lee holds a B.A. in Psychology from Korea University.

Jeho Lee

Managing Director

Jeho Lee is a Managing Director of the Investment Division. Prior to joining Noh & Partners, he worked at Korea Investment Management, and Mastern Investment Management and Samil PwC Deal Advisory Department (FAS).

Mr. Lee holds a B.A in Business Administration from Yonsei University and an M.A in Business Administration from Seoul National University.

Mr. Lee is a Certified Public Accountant.

Seonhong Min

Managing Director

Seonhong Min is a Managing Director of the Investment Division with over 15 years of experience in Investment Banking and Private Equity investments. Prior to joining Noh & Partners, he worked at Delloite USA, Citi Bank and Hanhwa Investment & Securities.

Mr. Min holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Sungkyunkwan University and an MBA from INSEAD.

Mr. Min is a Certified Public Accountant and CFA Charterholder.

Kwang geun Noh

CEO

Kwanggeun Noh is the founder and CEO of Noh & Partners. He began his career at Korea Development Bank (KDB) as a corporate banker and executed investments of over 1.7 trillion KRW in more than 40 companies. After completing his tenure, Mr. Noh left the bank and founded Noh & Partners in 2015.

Mr. Noh holds a B.S in Chemical Engineering from Sungkyunkwan University and an MBA from Hansung University.

As part of his strong initiatives/efforts toward the ESG, He has participated in certain ESG-related programs including Seoul National University AMP (Advanced Management Program), Seoul National University ELP (ESG Leadership Program), and the ESG Leadership Course organized by Maeil Business Newspaper and Green Fund.

Minhee Tae

Minhee Tae is a Manager in the Management Division.

Prior to joining Noh & Partners, she worked at Samsung Electronics and SK Telecom.

Ms. Tae holds a B.A. in Secretarial Administration from Kyung-in Women's University
